Comfort care looks different for every person and every family. That’s why our support begins with listening and understanding your needs and values.
We enable patients to manage their symptoms so they have greater control over their lives, fewer unplanned hospital visits and more moments of joy with their family and friends. Our support includes practical, emotional and spiritual care for family members.
Care is provided through geographically assigned teams for faster response times. Call us for a no-obligation consultation.
Whether your loved one is located in Albuquerque, Grants, Gallup, Rio Rancho, Moriarty, or any location in between, call us to learn more about your options. We're here to help you with well-informed decisions.

We take a 360-degree view of palliative care with physical, emotional and/or spiritual support promoting quality of life for patients at any stage of illness.
Palliative care is and extra layer of relief from the symptoms and stress of a serious illness. It does not signal you are giving up hope for recovery. You may continue receiving curative and/or life-prolonging treatments and move in and out of care as needed.
We offer home health services for those choosing to live independently, but needing extra help due to illness, disability, aging or recovery from surgery.
Each day, hospice volunteers touch the lives of our patients and their families. Whether reading to a patient, preparing a meal for a family or cleaning up around the house, each gesture makes a meaningful impact on those we serve.
Whether you volunteer behind the scenes at the office or one-on-one with families, you are a valuable member of our hospice team. All volunteers receive free training at a local office.
