Wisconsin Home Health Team participates in Adopt a Highway Program

2024 Adopt a Highway groupAt Compassus, we believe in the ‘Power of Us’โ€”and the incredible things that are possible when we come together as a team to make a difference in our communities. Earlier this month, the Compassus Home Health teams from our Stevens Point, Wausau, and Marshfield programs exemplified this spirit by participating in the Spring Adopt a Highway cleanup program. This dedicated effort has been a tradition for the last five years, with team members generously volunteering their time twice a year to clean a 1.5-mile stretch of Highway 153 in Mosinee, WI.

This year, seven enthusiastic volunteers collected eight, large, garbage bags of trash, highlighting their commitment to keeping Wisconsinโ€™s scenic highways beautiful. This initiative not only demonstrates our teams’ dedication to environmental stewardship but also reflects our core values of excellence and teamwork.

A big thank you to all who helped organize this local event and joined together to make a positive impact on our community. Your efforts exemplify the pride and sense of accomplishment that come with a job well done.
