Compassus Ranks No. 3,931 on the 2026 INC. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Compassus, a leading national provider of integrated home-based health care services, announced today it ranked No. 3,931 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, marking the organization’s fourth appearance on the annual list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.

The Inc. 5000 recognizes the nation’s most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses based on percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025. Previous honorees include Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle and Patagonia.

“Growth is meaningful when it allows us to serve more patients and families while continuing to earn the trust of our partners and the communities we serve,” said Mike Asselta, CEO of Compassus. “This recognition reflects the dedication of our teammates and the strength of the partnerships that make it possible to expand access to high-quality home-based care.”

As Compassus celebrates its 20th anniversary, the organization continues to build on two decades of growth and service. Since its founding in 2006, Compassus has grown to serve patients and families through home health, hospice, palliative care, home care and infusion therapy services. Today, more than 10,000 teammates provide care across more than 300 locations in 33 states.

Compassus continues to invest in the clinical, operational and administrative capabilities needed to support sustainable growth. Through its specialized management services organization model, the company works alongside its partners to improve care coordination, strengthen operations and expand access across the home-based care continuum.

This year’s Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. Representing industries ranging from artificial intelligence and advanced manufacturing to health care, consumer products and professional services, these businesses are expanding their impact, creating jobs and demonstrating how entrepreneurial ambition continues to fuel the U.S. economy. Among the 5,000 companies recognized, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and honorees collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy during the evaluation period.

“Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision making, and a refusal to sit still,” said Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance — it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact. We congratulate all honorees on this significant achievement.”
