BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Compassus, a leading national provider of integrated, home-based care services, announced today that Cameron “Cam” Lynch has joined the organization as Senior Vice President of Government and Corporate Affairs. In this role, Lynch will lead Compassus’ advocacy strategy and policy engagement efforts to support access to high-quality, home-based care at the federal, state and local levels.
Lynch brings more than 25 years of experience in policy, advocacy and leadership, with a deep understanding of healthcare policy and government relations. He has a proven track record of advancing strategic initiatives and shaping public policy to support patients, providers and communities.
Most recently, Lynch served as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Corporate Affairs at Fresenius Medical Care, where he led global policy and communications efforts. Prior to that, he established and led the Bipartisan Policy Center, a prominent think tank in Washington, D.C., where he coauthored policy recommendations that were later incorporated into the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act in 2010.
