Keri Ganoe, RN

Keri Ganoe, RN
Director of Clinical Services
Keri Ganoe is director of clinical services for Compassus – Cedar Rapids, where she is devoted to providing compassionate, quality care to patients and their loved ones. In this role, Keri oversees the interdisciplinary team of health care providers, including nurses, hospice aides, chaplains and social workers, to ensure patients receive the highest quality care. She develops care plans to meet the individual needs of patients and to provide them and their families with the comfort and support needed to have a meaningful end-of-life experience.
Prior to joining Compassus in 2014, Keri worked in the Quad Cities area providing cardiac care. She earned her degree from Kirkwood Community College.

Mashell Belzer is the director of clinical services for Iowa. A graduate of Southeastern Community College, Mashell has focused the majority of her nursing career on long-term care and has extensive experience leading successful teams. In her role, Mashell strives to ensure patients receive the care they deserve to preserve quality of life in their end-of-life journey.

Tiffany's clinical hospice experience makes her uniquely qualified to coordinate care that ensures the best quality of life for patients and their families. She is a Washington native who began her career as a photographer in the obstetric units at local hospitals. She later pursued a nursing degree at Northeast Iowa Community College in Calmar. She returned to Washington after graduation to raise her three children. She joined Compassus in April 2017.

Scott Piper
Medical Director, Cedar Rapids / Washington Teams
Dr. Scott Piper MD graduated with his MD from the University of Iowa College of Medicine after completing his undergraduate work in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa. Dr. Piper started his own practice, Piper Family Medicine PC, in 2012, to spend more time with his patients listening, learning and working with them to achieve better care. Dr. Piper has five years of experience as a hospice medical director and six years of experience as a medical director for long term care facilities. He is married with five children ages 9 to 17. He enjoys Jazz music and being a Dad. His professional passions are End of Life Care and improving chronic illness to maximize patient quality of life.
