Celebrating Our Case Management Partners
Case managers play a vital role in connecting patients and families with the care and support they need — and the Compassus Hospice and Home Health teams in Marshfield, WI, made sure they felt the appreciation they deserve.
Senior Home Health Care Consultant Roxanne Baltus and Senior Hospice Care Consultant Hillary Richter hosted a special “Let’s Go to the Movies” celebration at Marshfield Medical Center to honor the case managers who make such a meaningful difference every day.
The event featured all the classic movie treats — freshly popped popcorn, candy and even Sundrop slushies — creating a fun and festive way to say thank you. Smiles filled the room as case managers enjoyed the snacks from and the connection with the Compassus team.
