Hospice Care in Maine

Although everyone was kind and professional we had our favorites, Joeann, Martha and Sue really suck out to my family. You took such great care of my grandpa in his final days and were so thankful to have been blessed enough to have you all. From explaining every procedure, to bringing a bed so we could spend the last final nights with him. You guys truly do gods work, please don't ever change. We could never thank you enough for all the love you and your team showed my pops. I can't remember the very kind lady who came to our home to put him on hospice but she was very lovely as well.

Amazing help with both my Mom and Dad. I could not have done e it without them! Every nurse, CNA, social worker- every single staff member that we worked with were amazing and felt like family. Both of my parents loved them and felt so comfortable in their care. And having their help made me feel so much more confident in taking care of my parents and knowing I was giving them the best care I could.

For months these wonderful ladies took great care of my father. From the nurses, to caseworkers and every one in-between. I am eternally grateful for their support and dedication to their patients. They were with us every step of the way until my fathers passing on 4/11. Even weeks later I have received calls and texts from case managers and nurses checking in on my well-being. Special shout out to Heather for her fabulous case management skills in assisting with the paperwork that got him approved for end of life care. Thank you ladies, for everything Lake Havasu is fortunate to have an organization like this.

I recently used Compassus for caring for my father in his last week of life. Everyone was so caring with my dad and patient with me. From his initial evaluation to his final breath a week later, I always felt like everyone truly cared. They came to my home, arranged for additional needs, and stayed with us when we ultimately had to move him to the Compassus facility in Payson. Van, Judy, Kristin, Jamie, Sue, Barb, Joanne, and Martha are true heroes. I don't know how they do it. During my dad's transition, I truly felt the sweetness and kind hearts of Joanne and Martha. They were so gentle with him. So gentle. Although it is such a heartbreaking experience and one that no one wants to face, I am thankful that these angels I have listed above were the guiding hands at the end of my father's life. I thank you, and my family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts.

I cannot be more thankful for the service provided from the start of reaching out to a friend & employee that immediately directed me to all the help from all the team with Compassus on Monday 4/7 early morning and we had mom home at peace as she wished that same afternoon! Forever grateful to this service & bless every single one in this field for their unconditional care until the end, thank you

I had Compassus a couple of years ago for my husband. They were so wonderful! I am now on hospice and I have a wonderful, caring, compassionate nurse Michelle who always answers any concerns that I or my family might have. I am pleased to have Compassus.
