Jayne didn’t always envision a career in home care. In fact, she admits, “Before becoming a home care nurse, I never even considered this path. It was my sister who encouraged me to give it a try, and once I did, I fell in love with it.”
That first step into home care opened the door to something much more than a job—it became Jayne’s passion and purpose. Jayne explains, “In home care we have such a unique opportunity to impact people’s lives in ways that no other job offers.”
Over the years, Jayne’s career evolved through a variety of leadership roles, each one deepening her understanding and expanding her impact. Today, as RCO, she finds inspiration in both the challenges and the progress.
“This role pushes me to continue growing so I can better support our teams,” she says. “What drives me is the teamwork—collaborating with fellow leaders and clinicians to solve problems and deliver results. It’s exciting to see how our efforts are moving the numbers on key metrics, because at the end of the day, it’s all about providing the best possible care to those we serve.”
