Sharing Our Mission: Compassus at the HireOhio Career Fair

Earlier this month, members of our team proudly represented OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus at the HireOhio Multi-University Alumni Career Fair at The Ohio State University’s Ohio Union in Columbus, OH.

The event drew a strong turnout and meaningful engagement from attendees eager to learn more about career opportunities at OhioHealth at Home. While several participants expressed interest in clinical positions—particularly therapy roles—the majority were drawn to our business and corporate opportunities, including HR, marketing, accounting, IT, AI and customer service.

Representatives, Recruiter Taylor Callicotte plus Home Health Care Consultants Ashley Neri, Christina Kozak and Natalie Moscato connected with professionals and alumni from a variety of fields. Follow-up conversations are already underway to maintain these connections and continue to share our mission.

This event also provided a valuable opportunity to highlight the OhioHealth at Home mission and motto, showcase our partnerships, and build relationships that strengthen our reputation as a mission-driven employer of choice across both clinical and non-clinical career paths.
