Jordan Holland

Jordan Holland, MBA, is Senior Vice President of Value-Based Care at Compassus, overseeing payor contracting, product development, and virtual care services. He leads partnerships with payors, health systems, and ACOs to implement innovative care models focused on enhancing patient outcomes through value-based strategies. 

Before joining Compassus, Holland held senior roles at Optum and the Advisory Board Company, specializing in clinical modeling, data-driven innovations, and value-based contract optimization. His experience includes managing Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs) and ACOs, and expertise in programs like BPCI-A and MSSP. 

Holland earned both his bachelor’s degree and Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
