Charles (Chas) Morgenstern is Senior Vice President of Shared Services and Optimization at Compassus. In this role, he is responsible for leading enterprise-wide efforts to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, improve system integration and strengthen revenue cycle management across the organization.
Morgenstern brings 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, specializing in performance transformation, strategic operations and partner alignment. At Optum Insight, he oversaw a $300 million portfolio and led initiatives to scale partnership support. His career has focused on optimizing revenue cycle processes, advancing healthcare IT and implementing integrated systems to enhance growth and patient experience.
Morgenstern earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from The Pennsylvania State University. He resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he is active in the community as a youth lacrosse coach and volunteer with the Greater Pittsburgh Community Foodbank.
