Jim Garrett is a horse lover and spent many years riding and tending to his own horses.  At 98 years old, Jim longed to reconnect with his favorite pastime.  With the help of our friends at Trail Creek Stable and Making Memories, the Hospice Angels Foundation was able to make Jim’s dream a reality.   All of the love and kindness that went into creating this special day for Jim and his wife Mary is a reminder that life really is a beautiful and wondrous gift.
