BUTTE, Mont. – The Compassus program, formerly Rocky Mountain Home Care, serving Silverbow County today announced the addition of Shannon Isakson as executive director.
In her role, Isakson will oversee day-to-day operations of the program and lead the care team, including a medical director, registered nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists and other specialists to deliver the highest quality home health care to the communities the program serves.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to join a team of dedicated, compassionate professionals,” said Isakson. “I look forward to helping our team provide the highest quality home health care to our patients and their families.”
Isakson served as a registered nurse at St. James Healthcare. She attended Carroll College in Helena, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing. In 2012, Isakson was recognized as the Top Nurse in Butte by the International Nurses Association.
Isakson is board certified in advanced cardiovascular life support, pediatric advanced life support and basic life support. She is a member of the Montana Nurses Association.
