Director of Clinical Services
As a RN with more than 25 years of experience, I’ve had the honor of participating in hospice for 16 of those years. With opportunities to grow and advance through the different positions, from RN case manager to administrator, I can truly say that director of clinical services is my “sweet spot.” This is an encore opportunity with Compassus, as I served in this position in Shreveport, Louisiana. Because of that prior positive experience, I was pleased to reassure our colleagues here in Jackson about the integrity of the Compassus organization. The opportunity to use my experience to encourage future leaders on our team and to help foster more understanding and acceptance of hospice care are only a few of the reasons I love what I do.
Director of Clinical Services

Her first job in nursing was on the med/surge floor at the VA Hospital. She joined Compassus in 2015 as an RN case manager and is currently the clinical liaison for area hospitals. Hospice Care Consultant
I have been working in Hospice since March 2016, but my personal journey with Hospice began in August 2012. My mom was diagnosed with cancer in early 2010. It was a long and difficult journey, yet we did not have to go it alone. Hospice was there for us for when we needed them most, and that is why I love what I do. I hope to share my passion for hospice with others in need of our services. My goal is to be a part of the rest of their journey and to ensure they maintain the highest levels of comfort and dignity.

I’ve been with Compassus since 2018. I was so inspired when I witnessed the compassionate and excellent care Compassus provided to my grandmother when she passed. This team also took great care of my grandfather this year, reducing a lot of stress on my mother. The Compassus staff is truly a blessing to my family and I'm honored to be a part of this team!
Christy Jarrett has been with Compassus for 13 years. She is our team coordinator with the important responsibility of helping our clinical staff care for the needs of patients and families. She has two children.
Business Office Coordinator
My first experience with hospice began at Marty's Pharmacy in 1994. I was a tech for the hospice side of the pharmacy. I became very involved with the nurses who went out day-to-day, dealing with hospice patients and families. I was the one ensuring they had the correct medications. My personal experience was with both of my grandparents, so now I was the family and that's when I truly understood what hospice was all about. I went on to work for a local hospice owned by our very own Robbin McGaha and continued to learn from her teaching and mentorship. I have been involved with hospice, in one way or another, for 20 years and I hope to continue to grow with this wonderful, caring and understanding company called Compassus.
