Gina Andres received her BSW from Chapman College in Orange, CA, and her master’s degree in Social Work from San Diego State University. She is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Gina has more than 30 years of health care experience, working in hospice, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and home care.
Gina was past Regional Director for the California Hospice and Palliative Care Association, and past President for the Association for Social Work Leaders in Health Care-Southern California. She has served as a field supervisor and adjunct professor for both California State University Long Beach, UCLA, and USC, supervising MSW interns for more than 25 years. She has delivered multiple presentations at the state and national level on social work issues, psycho-social issues, mentoring, music therapy, hospice and end-of-life care.
Listening to a hospice patient's story or reading a passage of their favorite book can enrich the life of a hospice patient. Whether you volunteer behind the scenes at a local office or one-on-with families, you'll be joining fellow volunteers who are helping others navigate life's closing chapters.

Associate Medical Director
Dr. McDow specializes in Internal Medicine and practices in Los Angeles, CA. He is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Gordon Glasgow, M.D., is the founding medical director for Hospice Care of California, a part of the Compassus family, in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County area. As medical director for numerous Orange County companies involved in senior care, Dr. Glasgow specializes in post-acute care including skilled nursing facility-based geriatrics and hospice and palliative medicine.
He received his medical degree from the University of Toronto, where he specialized in Internal Medicine. He completed his residency at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, and a fellowship in Cardiology at the University of California Irvine. Dr. Glasgow is recognized as a leader in geriatric care and is board certified in hospice and palliative medicine. He is also a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada.
Dr. Glasgow has participated in extensive research and published in the American Journal of Cardiology. He recently received the Senior Care Hero Award for Outstanding Physician Specialist.
