Thomas Linton joined Compassus in 2020 as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer and is dedicated to continuous improvement of the experience our patients, families and health care partners have as they interact with the organization. He has more than two decades of executive experience in varied settings from small organizations to Fortune 500 companies and specializes in customer experience, product management, customer operations and sales.
Most recently, Linton served as a chief patient empowerment officer for Laser Spine Institute as well as strategic growth advisor for Care Sherpa, a health care analytics platform focused on patient engagement. He also served as vice president of customer experience at Assurant in Atlanta and First Data, among his diverse and deep experience.
Linton is a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, which informs his approach to using detailed data to enhance the patient experience. He earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville, Kentucky.
